For an emergency, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support.
Casa Privée is not an emergency service.

Casa Privée scope: private psychiatry, mental-health care and addiction medicine. Regenerative orthopedics is provided through a separate clinical entity.
How care works
The practice is organized around four linked tasks: establish safety, understand the clinical problem, select proportionate interventions and measure what follows.
Clinical information

The pathway
The same sequence applies whether a person presents with depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, substance use or a complex overlap.
1
Identify emergencies, dangerous withdrawal, acute suicidality, psychosis, delirium or medical instability that require a different setting.
2
Review symptoms, chronology, medical history, medications, substances, sleep, trauma, function, prior care and collateral information when authorized.
3
Explain the working diagnosis, uncertainty, alternatives and why particular interventions are or are not being recommended.
4
Coordinate medication, behavioral care, TMS when indicated and external services within a documented plan.
5
Monitor symptoms, functioning, adverse effects and recovery goals; revise or transfer care when appropriate.
1
Principle
A consultation does not begin by choosing a branded protocol. It begins by defining the problem.
02
Principle
Evidence strength, regulatory status and limits are stated plainly rather than hidden beneath promotional language.
03
Principle
Casa Privée content stays within psychiatry and addiction. Other companies maintain separate governance, websites and communications.
A private setting can reduce exposure and disruption, but responsible care still connects with outside clinicians and supports when clinically necessary and authorized.
Records reviewed with consent
Primary-care and specialist coordination
Therapist or recovery-team communication
Family participation when appropriate
Emergency escalation and transfer pathways

The first consultation is designed to determine what needs to be understood, not to presell a predetermined treatment.
