For an emergency, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support.
Casa Privée is not an emergency service.

Casa Privée scope: private psychiatry, mental-health care and addiction medicine. Regenerative orthopedics is provided through a separate clinical entity.
Addiction TREATMENT
Addiction rarely exists in isolation. Effective planning considers the substance involved, pattern and severity of use, withdrawal risk, psychiatric symptoms, medical conditions, previous treatment, environment and available support.

Clinical QUESTIONS
The correct plan depends on risk and suitability, not on a fixed package or a promise of rapid transformation.
A
Some forms of withdrawal can be medically dangerous. The assessment must determine whether outpatient management is appropriate or whether a higher level of monitoring is required.
B
Depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, sleep disturbance, attention problems and other psychiatric conditions may affect both substance use and recovery.
C
Previous medications, psychotherapy, rehabilitation, mutual-support participation and relapse patterns provide essential information about what should be retained, changed or intensified.
Individualized plan
Not every component is appropriate for every patient. Recommendations follow the assessment and informed-consent discussion.
Evidence-based and clinically appropriate medications may be considered for withdrawal symptoms, craving, relapse prevention or co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
Therapy and behavioral support can address motivation, coping, trauma, relationships, relapse patterns and the practical work of recovery.
A durable plan may include family involvement, structured daily activity, monitoring, mutual support, sober housing or referral to a more intensive setting.
Level of care
Casa Privée is an outpatient practice. A responsible assessment may recommend emergency treatment, hospital care, inpatient or residential treatment, medically managed withdrawal, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient services elsewhere.
Call 911 for a medical emergency. In the United States, call or text 988 for a mental-health or suicide crisis. Do not rely on a website inquiry for urgent care.
Severe or medically risky withdrawal
Current suicidal intent or inability to remain safe
Acute psychosis, severe mania or marked confusion
Unstable medical illness
Repeated inability to engage safely in outpatient care
A living environment that makes outpatient treatment unsafe
Co-occurring care

Fragmented care can produce conflicting medications, repeated assessments and unclear responsibility. When addiction and mental-health symptoms occur together, the clinical plan should identify which problems are primary, which are interacting and which require parallel treatment.

First step
The objective is not to fit a person into a predetermined program. It is to determine what combination of care, support and monitoring has a reasonable clinical basis.
Questions
No. Casa Privée is an outpatient medical practice. Patients with severe or medically dangerous withdrawal, acute instability or a need for continuous monitoring should be directed to emergency, hospital or appropriately licensed inpatient care.
Medication may be recommended when clinically indicated and consistent with the diagnosis, medical history, evidence, patient preference and safety considerations.
With the patient’s authorization and when clinically appropriate, family or trusted supports may contribute to assessment, treatment planning and continuity.
No. Substance-use disorders are treatable, but outcomes vary. Ethical care sets measurable goals, monitors response and adapts the plan rather than guaranteeing a result.
