Professor Dr. Bankole Johnson is a physician-scientist, neuropsychiatrist and neuroscientist whose career spans clinical care, addiction research, psychopharmacology and academic leadership.
He previously served as Chair of Psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. His work in alcohol-use disorder and the biology of addiction informs his approach to complex psychiatric and substance-use concerns.
