For an emergency, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support.
Casa Privée is not an emergency service.

Casa Privée scope: private psychiatry, mental-health care and addiction medicine. Regenerative orthopedics is provided through a separate clinical entity.
Clinical pathway
Casa Privée separates scheduling, assessment, treatment selection and outcome review. This reduces premature decisions and makes the rationale for care easier to understand.

1
Contact the practice by telephone or through the general inquiry form. Do not place medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or other sensitive health information in the website form.
2
When appropriate, the team provides a secure process for necessary information, records and consent documentation.
3
The evaluation addresses the presenting problem, psychiatric and substance-use history, medical factors, prior treatment, medications, functioning, supports and immediate safety.
4
The clinician determines whether Casa Privée’s outpatient setting is suitable. When it is not, referral to a more appropriate service is part of responsible care.
5
The recommended plan is discussed with benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, practical obligations and financial information before treatment begins.
6
Progress, adherence, adverse effects and functional outcomes are reviewed. With authorization, care may be coordinated with therapists, primary-care clinicians or other professionals.

Questions, goals and concerns
If there is an overdose, severe withdrawal, chest pain, seizure, inability to remain safe, suicidal intent, severe confusion, psychosis or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Call or text 988 in the United States for suicide and mental-health crisis support.
Transparency
Before beginning care, a patient should understand the nature and limits of the proposed plan.
What evidence, clinical reasoning and individual factors support the recommendation?
What other treatments or levels of care could reasonably be considered?
What symptoms, behaviors and functional outcomes will determine whether the plan is helping?
Contact
A general inquiry does not establish a physician-patient relationship and is not a diagnosis. It allows the team to determine the appropriate next administrative step.
