General inquiry
Contact the practice by telephone or through the general inquiry form. Do not place medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or other sensitive health information in the website form.

Clinical intake
When appropriate, the team provides a secure process for necessary information, records and consent documentation.

Physician assessment
The evaluation addresses the presenting problem, psychiatric and substance-use history, medical factors, prior treatment, medications, functioning, supports and immediate safety.

Level-of-care recommendation
The clinician determines whether Casa Privée’s outpatient setting is suitable. When it is not, referral to a more appropriate service is part of responsible care.

Shared treatment decision
The recommended plan is discussed with benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, practical obligations and financial information before treatment begins.

Measurement and coordination
Progress, adherence, adverse effects and functional outcomes are reviewed. With authorization, care may be coordinated with therapists, primary-care clinicians or other professionals.
